Dallas Oregon Real Estate

Hello all!

We have moved to the newer and better wordpress platform and are happy to share some quick updates. So let’s start at the beginning and then go from there. Over the next few weeks we’ll be completing the transition of our web site and then introducing IDX Search direct from the site later this year.

In case I have not met you or worked with you in the past allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ron Lee and I am a native Oregonian and a proud Portlander.  I attended McKay High School in Salem Oregon and am a graduate of Portland State University. Dallas is close to my heart as well as that is where later grandmother lived and so I have spent alot of time out there as a child. I am also a Portland based Real Estate Agent who takes great pride in what I do!

My Professional Background: 

Over the last 12 years I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals and families helping them get into their first homes. There is no greater satisfaction for me then helping someone accomplish there dream of owning a home. From the massive tax savings to the significant overall benefits this undertaking offers to people and families, I believe homeownership is to the bedrock of America and I love being part of the process. For me, it’s the land that you have and the set of rights and responsibilities that come along with it, it’s the garden that you tend out back, it’s where you and your friends gather and make memories, and it’s where you and your life partner make your run at this great American Dream; It’s your home!

 It’s not always rosey out there

There is another side to my work. Over the course of my career, esspecially early on I focused alot of my energies on the foreclosure process because I realized that knowing as much as I could about foreclosures, bank sales, the process overall that I could help first time buyers locate better equity gains on their initial purchase. Little did I know at that time the there was this crazy thing called business cycles or that we were sitting on a real estate bubble. However, my point is the experience I gained even though I too took a financial bath, proved valuable to be able to help counsel people through the selling strategy side of things when they are in that heart breaking situation of pending foreclosure. From suggesting ways to negotiating short sales and the like, I have had the privilege of seeing people come of out some pretty tough situations with a new hope and it’s these types of situations that I take away perhaps the most satisfaction. Seeing someone come out of a tough spot and go onto making a new run at it I think we can all appreciate and I would love to be part of that process, if that is where you find yourself.

Areas I serve

Besides working with buyers and sellers in the Portland Metro I also serve customers who are looking for perhaps what I might call a bigger city, higher expectations approach. When I say that it might apply to Salem, Corvallis, Albany, Dallas, Aumsville, Keizer and many other smaller Oregon communities that sometimes can be underserved. Most of my clients find my level of customer service and tireless marketing of specific selling points of their individual homes, to be refreshing.

I should also mention when I say Portland, I mean Portland and the burbs like Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tigard, etc – they all make up this great city we love so much and call Portland! I would love to earn your trust and help to make sure your real estate experience is a great one.
